You can only return if the garments are in perfect condition:

  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused, and is in a resalable condition
  • Has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession
  • Original condition with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase is accompanied by the returned merchandise
    *Not applicable for sales / discounted, accessories & SELF LOVE products

Return at Dressing Paula retail stores - Free

Dressing Paula will be following the SOP guidelines by the government by collecting details of all walk-in customers. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

International Return

The return costs for international orders and any associated chargers are the customers' responsibility (so sorry!). Promising that we are working on offering a Worldwide returns service in the future. Stay tuned!

To make a return:

  2. Return your order within 30 days from the delivery date
  3. Mail it to the address below:

You may return your items to us using your own shipper. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure and trackable method as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse as the item is your responsibility until the shipment reaches our warehouse so.

In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any item(s) under any circumstances, for damage, theft, or loss you have chosen to send. All items must be returned from the country that the order was delivered.

Send us an email with the tracking number and your order number.

REFUND

How will my return be reimbursed?

  • Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item(s) will be reimbursed to your Dressing Paula account within 7 working days
  • Dressing Paula does not provide a cash refund for any return order(s)
  • Store Credit in Dressing Paula account does not expire
  • Store Credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable

 

EXCHANGE

Exchange an online purchase in-store:

  • Online purchases can be exchanged at any of Dressing Paula stores except consignment stores*
  • In order to complete the exchange, you must present a valid Order Number at the counter
  • A one-time exchange can be made for the same designs, to a different size or colour only
    *Not applicable for sales / discounted, accessories & SELF LOVE products

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
  • We do not accept return, refund & exchange on any sales items purchased.
  • For hygiene purposes, we do not accept the return or exchange of accessories & SELF LOVE products.
  • Return and Exchange does not apply to consignment stores (Parkson & Isetan)
