1. Delivery Methods and Periods

Due to current Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), please allow additional delays in the delivery of your order.

Domestic Delivery

- Standard Home delivery: 1 – 2 working days – RM 7 (Peninsular Malaysia)

- Standard Home Delivery: 3 – 5 working days – RM 10 (East Malaysia)

International Delivery to Singapore

- Standard Home Delivery: 2 – 4 working days – SGD 10

2. Order Tracking

After the payment is authorised, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check the order status under “My Orders”. Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

4. What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

5. Return Methods

In view of circumstances around Covid-19, our returns time frame for will be extended from 14 days to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

 

Domestic Return

Return at Dressing Paula retail stores - Free

Dressing Paula will be follwing the SOP guidelines by government by collecting details of all walk-in customers. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- Return your order within 14 days from the delivery date

- You can only return if the garments are in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, labels are intact and with corresponding receipt)

- Return your order within 14 days from the delivery date

- You can only return if the garments are in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, labels are intact and with corresponding receipt)

- Kindly email us at returns@dressingpaula.com to arrange for the pick service from home

International Return

The return costs for international orders and any associated chargers are the customers' responsibility (so sorry!). Promising that we are working on offering a Worldwide returns service in the future. Stay tuned!

6. Can I return my order?

- For online purchase, returns must reach us within 14 days from the delivery or collection date with a valid Order Number

- You can only exchange or return if the garments are in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, labels are intact and with corresponding receipt)

- Store Credit will be issued after you return is confirmed which equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s)

- We do not provide cash refund for any return orders

 

7. Can I return or exchange my online purchase in-store?

Exchange an online purchase in-store

- Online purchases can be exchanged at any of Dressing Paula stores

- In order to complete the exchange, you must present a valid Order Number at the counter

- A one-time exchange can be made for the same designs, to a different size or colour only

 

Refund an online purchase in-store

- Store Credit will be issued into Dressing Paula account within 7 working days

 

8. How will my online purchase be reimbursed?

- Store Credit equivalent to the purchase value of the item(s) will be reimbursed to Dressing Paula account within 7 working days

- Dressing Paula does not provide cash refund for any return order(s)

- Store Credit in Dressing Paula account does not expire

- Store Credit can be used in your next online purchase with Dressing Paula
