How do I sign up for an account?

Click on the Sign-In button on the top right of the website. Sign up for an account if you do not have one.

What are the delivery options available?

Your parcel will be delivered via our delivery partners. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do I track my online order?

After your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You are able to track the status of your shipment on our delivery partner’s websites:

What do I do if I have not received my order after the stated delivery time frame?

Please contact us with your order ID, name and e-mail address. Our Customer Support will assist you further.

Order Status

How do I check the status of my order?

You may log in to your account on your website and click on My Orders to check the status of your order.

  • Processing: We have received your order and currently working to get them all packed up.
  • Shipped: Your order is on the way to you. Please check your e-mail for your shipment confirmation e-mail.
  • Completed: Your order has been successfully delivered.
  • Canceled: Uh-oh, something went wrong. Kindly contact us and we will assist you further.

Payment

What kind of payment methods are there?

For Malaysia orders, we accept Visa debit/credit cards, Stripe, Shopback & Atome.
For SG orders, we only accept Stripe at the moment.
We do not accept bank transfers.

Do you accept Buy Now, Pay Later?

For online orders, we accept the following merchants:

Returns & Exchanges

What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels intact. Kindly attach your order invoice. Our team has the right to not allow for returns or exchanges if items do not meet the requirements. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless stated.

Online

Dressingpaula items purchased online can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. For returned items, you will be reimbursed in a form of Store Credit in your account within 7 business days upon receiving your returns.

In-store

Dressingpaula items purchased in-store are only eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Kindly click here for steps to Exchange for In-store Orders.

 
Exclusions

For Accessories, returns or exchanges are not allowed for any earrings due to hygiene reasons.

For Wellness, returns or exchanges are not allowed for personal and skin care items due to hygiene reasons.

How do I return my online orders?

You may log in to your account on your website and click on My Orders to submit a return request. Alternatively, please e-mail us at returns@dressingpaula.com. Kindly allow 48 working hours for our customer support to get back to you.

 
Drop off at Dressing Paula outlets

Submit your return request prior to dropping it off. Drop it off at your nearest Dressing Paula outlet upon receiving confirmation.

Drop off at Ninjavan drop-off points (Free Returns)

Only applicable for Malaysia orders. Submit your return request first and you will receive an airway bill. Drop your parcel off at your nearest Ninjavan location on https://www.ninjavan.co

How do I exchange my online orders?

Locate your nearest DP outlet and perform exchange at outlet for free. You are not required to submit any Return request. Free exchange is not applicable to exchange via mail. If you would prefer to exchange it via mail, you may opt for Return and we will be reimburse you in a form of online store credit for re-purchase. Shipping will be beared by the customer. We will not guarantee any stocks availability.

How do I return or exchange my in-store order?

All items purchased in-store are not eligible for any returns or refunds. Dressingpaula items purchased in-store are only eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please read Return & Exchange Policy.

For items purchased at Dressingpaula stores, you may only exchange your item at Dressingpaula store. You are unable to exchange your item at Parkson or Isetan outlets.

Store Credit

What are terms & conditions for Store Credit?

We will reimburse you in a form of Store Credit into your account for returning an online order within 7 business days upon receiving your returns. Your Store Credit will expire within 1 year and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your Store Credit can only be used for online purchase and is not applicable for in-store purchases.

How do I use the Store Credit?

Once you have been reimbursed, you are able to view your amount on Account > Store Credit. You are able to use your Store Credit upon checking out your next purchase.

First-time Purchase Promo Code

What is First-time Purchase Code?

You are eligible for a 15% OFF your online shopping cart if you are purchasing with us for the first time! Promo code can only be used once and it is non-refundable.

How do I redeem my First-time Promo Code?

You are required to sign for an account with us. Once you have signed up, you will receive your First-time Promo Code in your e-mail. Please contact us if you have not received the e-mail.

I attempted to make an order with the First-time Promo Code, however, check out process/payment failed. How can I get the code again?
