Repurposing Plastic Waste into Fun-looking, Recycled Stools - a collaboration with Precious Plastic

Precious Plastic is a global community committed to addressing plastic pollution. One of their many efforts includes building and operating recycling machines that process plastic waste into new products.

The process takes several steps, using a series of open-source machines. When mixing various colours of plastic flakes, the output colour is often unpredictable, allowing for beautiful (and surprising) patterns added to our one-of-a-kind stools in our dressing rooms.

As part of our journey towards sustainability, we at Dressing Paula recognise the ongoing fight against plastic pollution and are committed to learning new ways to address it.

Other than transforming discarded plastic materials into valuable resources, Precious Plastic also provides training and resources to individuals and communities on plastic recycling and upcycling. They are always open to collaborating to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices.
