MARKETING – JR EXECUTIVE

Develop ideas, coordinates and executes the brand marketing strategy with the team in order to achieve brand and marketing objectives, maximize sales turnover, profitability, brand positioning and visibility across multiple channels. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Marketing team in development & execution plans and strategies, help drive new ideas for our brands' marketing campaigns 
  • Manage customers' enquiries and public relation matters
  • Provide administrative support and coordinating activities for the Marketing team ie arrangements for photoshoot, preparing, editing & uploading a range of documents.
  • Handles advertising & promotional activities including print, online and electronic media
  • Liaison with our retail outlets and shopping malls' A&P teams on execution of marketing activities and handling of marketing collaterals
  • Conduct customer, competitor and market surveys and research to keep the Management informed of external activities related to the brand positioning of the Group's brands
  • Assist with collection of data and interpretation of marketing analytics
  • Manage and support email campaign execution & email direct marketing assets
  • Support with maintenance of website eg. uploading of new products, updating banners and contents

The successful candidate will come with the following skills & attributes:

  • Degree or diploma preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related discipline
  • A background in consumer marketing - knowledge of multi-site or retail would be an advantage
  • A team player with incredible organisational skills
  • Creative and meticulous
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Lots of ideas, energy and enthusiasm for a fantastic role within marketing
  • Copywriting & Content creation experience would be an advantage
  • Experience rolling out a social media exercise
  • Some analytics skills and programmatic experience would be a bonus
  • Strong project coordination and computer skills
