It is like an exercise, the hot shower will help you to fall asleep as soon as you hit the bed. And it same goes to bath/foot soak. Dip your feet in lukewarm water in a foot tub or bucket to relax your body muscles and tissues. The minerals and magnesiu in it may help to body to produce melatonin, which is a hormone that promotes sleep.
How to use:
Bath Soak – Fill up bath tub with warm water, put in 1cups of bath soak into tub and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Foot Soak – Fill up foot tub with warm water, put in half a cup of bath soak and soak in. Dry thoroughly after the soak and then moisturize the feet.
