Incorporating reclaimed steel into the store’s interior brings our new space to life, blending industrial edge with our eco-conscious mission. Salvaged from old structures and repurposed, the steel adds a raw charm, with textures that have naturally developed over years of exposure in outdoor factories.

It reduces the demand for new steel production, which is energy-intensive and emits significant carbon dioxide. Reclaimed steel also contributes to circular economy practices, repurposing high-quality material while preserving its strength and durability.

The store’s Pillars are where the reclaimed steel truly stands out. Honouring the material’s inherent character was central to the design process. Considering its malleability, the sketches of these pillars were adapted and refined through multiple iterations to fully embrace the steel's unique qualities, celebrating both its strengths and limitations.
